Sports

At Concordia School Paris, we encourage participation in sports and appreciate the values they teach.  In fact, these values – helping others, endurance, pushing one’s boundaries and respect – are at the very heart of our educational programme.

Sports also contribute to the well-balanced and harmonious development of the child.

For the youngest children, exposure to sports helps with cerebral and cognitive development, with gaining autonomy and with sociability.

From six years old, the children learn:

-  to develop flexibility and accuracy through such disciplines as judo, badminton, gymnastics and circus arts;

-  to expend significant effort, such as through running and multisport;

-  greater sociability, such as through team sports.

Children at Concordia School Paris will take part in sports activities between 3 and 4 hours per week from CP.

A STADIUM ON THE EDGE OF THE BOIS DE BOULOGNE

Pupils from CP and up benefit additionally from our access to a stadium on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, where they learn basketball, football, volleyball, track and long jump, among other options at their disposal.
