SINGING AND ACTING TECHNIQUES
This class will focus on singing and acting techniques to improve performance skills.
Musical Theatre develops key life skills, such as self-confidence and communication skills. These lessons will help the students to build empathy and self-awareness, as they flesh out the characters through both acting and song.
Classes begin with acting exercises and vocal warm ups, before introducing fundamental techniques to perform songs from musicals and films, and develop the characters through acting skills. Children learn to act out songs, not by just singing the words, but by conveying the emotion through their performance.
Our classes are taught in a fun and supportive environment, and do wonders for coaxing even our "shy" students out of their shells!
LAMDA EXAMS
Each student will have the opportunity, at their option, to develop an exam piece that will be assessed by a LAMDA examiner from London. Exams will take place at Concordia School Paris in December and May/June.
