Our project goes beyond preparation for examinations. We aim to provide an education that develops academic rigour, intellectual depth, curiosity, confidence, and openness to the world.
Concordia School Paris will open its international Lycée in September 2027. It is the stage where our students will refine their academic pathway, choose their specialisations, and lay the foundations for their university journey, across three years: Seconde (Year 11), Première (Year 12) and Terminale (Year 13).
In Seconde, students will sit the Cambridge IGCSEs, official British examinations that will confirm mastery of core subjects and act as a demanding first milestone. In Première and Terminale, they will follow the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, recognised as one of the most rigorous pathways to leading French and international universities.
Our ambition is to guide every student to their highest academic potential, within a humane and structured framework, preparing them for the intellectual and personal challenges of the 21st century.
Seconde (Year 11) structures the transition from Middle School and concludes with the Cambridge IGCSEs: a demanding stepping stone that validates core academic foundations before entering the final two years with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Première and Terminale). Concordia School Paris will shortly become an IB candidate school, the official step before authorisation to deliver the Diploma Programme.

Start of the Diploma Programme, six subjects (HL/SL), first assessments.
Final IB examinations, Extended Essay, university applications.
This is the period when students refine their subject choices and begin to identify the paths they wish to follow in higher education.
Our ambition is for every student to find their path and to be carefully supported through every stage of their academic guidance and university applications.
Thanks to a team of committed, demanding, and deeply invested teachers, we guide every student towards success while cultivating what lies at the heart of our academic project: intellectual curiosity, the taste for personal reflection, and the ability to develop independent thinking.
One of the IB's great strengths lies in its balanced vision of education. Academic excellence goes hand in hand with personal development. Students are encouraged to engage in the arts, sport, collective projects, and service-led initiatives. This approach helps shape young people who combine intellectual ambition, creativity, empathy, and leadership.
The International Baccalaureate (IB), for which we will soon become an official candidate school, is today one of the world's most highly regarded programmes, preparing students for the leading international universities and the challenges of the 21st century.
The Head of the Lycée and IB teachers are recruited internationally, with a strong commitment to academic expertise, proven IB experience, and the ability to provide individualised pastoral support.
